Are you ready for some great corn bread? Woods
Mill stone-ground corn meal is great for homemade corn bread. All you
need are a few simple ingredients and you are on your way to a Southern
delight!!
Homemade Corn Bread:
Ingredients:
2 cups corn meal; 1 egg; 3 tbsp vegetable
oil; milk
Directions:
1. Spray/coat iron frying pan with vegetable oil
2. Preheat oven and pan to 425 degrees.
3. Mix corn meal, egg, 2 tbsp of vegetable oil,
and milk to cake batter consistency
4. Pour into hot pan ****PAN IS HOT*****
5. Cook 20 minutes or until golden brown
