Grits

We offer three different types of grits: white, yellow, and speckled.

        

Recipe

5 cups of water
1 cup of grits
salt

1. Boil 5 cups of water
2. Stir in 1 cup of grits (slowly to avoid clumping)
3. Add salt to taste
4. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover
5. Cook for 20-30 minutes
