Grits

We offer 3 varieties of grits: White, Yellow, and Speckled.

Grits Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cups of water; 1 cup of grits; salt to taste

1.  Boil 5 cups of water
2. Stir in 1 cup of grits
(add slowly to avoid clumping)
3. Add salt to taste
4. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover
5. Allow to cook 20-30 minutes; stirring occasionally
